Ayris Global LLC ("we", "our", "us") operates the Ayris Assure mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the app.

Important Note: Ayris Assure is an enterprise application intended solely for authorized users affiliated with Ayris Global clients. It is not available for general public use or consumer download.

1. Information We Collect

Device Metadata: Device model, OS version, IP address
App Usage Data: Login events, access timestamps, and secure access attempts
Encrypted Card Data: The application does not collect or store card details from the user. Instead, encrypted test card data (e.g., PAN, CVV) is securely delivered from backend systems after successful two-factor authentication and secure access code validation. The app does not store any card data locally.
Note: User identity and role information are managed by the backend based on prior agreements through the Ayris Global web platform. The mobile application only validates credentials against existing backend records and does not collect user identification data.

2. Purpose of Data Use

Validate and authorize access using credentials provisioned externally
Deliver virtual card profiles securely from backend services for authorized testing
Maintain secure audit trails and ensure regulatory compliance
Enhance platform functionality and monitor performance

3. Access Control

Only authorized users with valid credentials and secure access codes issued via Ayris Global's web platform can access the mobile app.
The app does not support public sign-up or registration.
Unauthorized users are blocked from accessing any functionality or data.

4. Data Protection Measures

Encrypted communication (e.g., TLS, AES) for all data exchanges
Secure two-factor authentication and access code validation before displaying card data
Strict role-based access control to restrict data visibility
No local storage or caching of any sensitive data including card details
Complete audit logging for traceability and compliance purposes

5. Your Rights

Request a copy of your access logs
Request removal of your profile (subject to organizational agreement)
Report security issues or misuse concerns
